Los Angeles Rams Salary Cap

Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead has some work to do. Below, we have the complete Rams salary cap sheet.

After winning a Super Bowl in 2022, the Rams hit hard times last season as injuries decimated the roster, exposing the lack of depth, and the Rams sunk to 5-12, the worst record ever posted by a defending Super Bowl champion.

There will be plenty of Rams draft picks this offseason, and based on their moves this offseason, it appears the team is gunning to win again in 2024.

The NFL salary cap going into the 2023 season is at $224.8 million. Teams can pay more than that but can finagle the number by turning parts of their player contracts into signing bonuses or putting in things called “voidable years” into contracts. That’s why when you see a player sign a 5-year, $100 million deal, that may be true on paper, but what really matters is the amount of guaranteed money, because that’s what counts against the cap.

Currently, the Rams 2023 roster sits at 51 players, and they are $8.4 million under the cap, according to OverTheCap.com.

The Jalen Ramsey, Bobby Wagner and Leonard Floyd moves freed up some space for the Rams.
